I, the participant, (“the attendee”), understand and acknowledge that the discussions, consultations and session(s), teaching(s), videos(s):

1. are not intended to replace any relationship I have with my medical doctor and/or primary health care provider(s);

2. are not intended to constitute medical advice or any substitution for medical care;

3. are not intended to be relied on for prescriptions, recommendations, diagnosis or treatment in relation to any health problem or disease;

 

I understand that if I am taking any medications or have any medical conditions such as, but not being limited to: schizophrenia, bi-polar, epilepsy, heart conditions, or pregnancy, that I must advise the Instructor/Teacher/s. I also understand that even though I have been accepted as a participant, I am responsible for any consequence resulting from any and all discussion(s) and session(s).

HEAL Holistic is a trading name under the ownership of Limelight Talent & Events Management, neither of whom, nor any other third party involved in the provision of the retreat, accept liability for any illness or injury which may occur during or following, any aspect of the retreat.  By booking this retreat, you agree to take full responsibility for any aspect of the retreat that you do or do not want to participate in, and for monitoring any pre-existing medical conditions, medication requirements and/or food allergies.

Deposit payments are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation, however can be used towards any future service or retreat should you need to cancel. Deposit will be fully refunded in the unlikely eventuality of us needing to cancel. Full balance(s) must be paid no later than 14 days prior to your stay. The balance is non refundable unless due to government restrictions or illness certified by a Doctor, in which case it can be transferred to an alternative date within twelve months, subject to availability. 

Personal or travel insurance is not included in this booking. Please get advice from a professional travel insurance company if you are unsure if you need or want it.
