About the event
Set in our beautiful yurt, surrounded by nature, each of the 4 sessions will subtly focus on a different aspect of your wellbeing, taking you on a carefully designed path to improved health, inner peace, strength, wisdom and overall sense of wellness. Our Mindful Wellbeing programme invites you to strengthen the 'roots' of your authentic, spiritual self, to pave the way for enjoying a healthy, happy and fulfilled life, and find a stronger connection with the best version of you.
Session 1: Saturday 30th April: 11am-1pm
Session 2: Tuesday 10th May: 6.30pm – 8.30pm
Session 3: Tuesday 17th May: 6.30pm- 8.30pm
Session 4: Tuesday 24th May: 6.30pm- 8.30pm
Each session will include some breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as a soothing, guided mindful meditation, all of which will be tailored to the objective of the session. Once relaxed, lying wrapped in blankets and surrounded by sweet smells and candlelight, I will introduce Reiki energy as well as using different aspects of sound healing to help with physical and emotional cleansing and balancing. After the session, enjoy complimentary herbal tea and baked treats in the company of likeminded people.
As a Social Scientist, a Breathwork and Mindfulness Teacher, a Reiki Practitioner and a qualified Sound Therapist I use a range of techniques to help enhance client’s wellbeing. All of these approaches are supported by scientific research and during the Mindful Wellbeing programme I will introduce some aspects of the theory, to help you with your understanding and commitment to the process.

For privacy and security purposes, the detailed address and arrival instructions will be sent to you 3 days before the first session.
Please note, the 1st session will include some activating breathing exercises which help to cleanse and clear, and are better suited to morning/daytime than evening. Before the 1st session, we request and advise that you eat a light, healthy breakfast in the morning, leaving at least an hour, ideally more, after eating (unless required for medical reasons). A delicious, nutritious soup will be available for you to enjoy following this session. The remaining sessions are more suitable for wind down and evening practice. Your choice of herbal tea and a home baked treat will be available after the 3-evening sessions.
