About the event

This Winter Wellness Day has been carefully designed to focus on your holistic well-being. Each aspect is aimed at supporting you with finding a greater connection with the best version of you; to finding stillness in the mind, developing the tools to manage stress and anxiety, and to experiencing a deeper sense of joy, inner peace and gratitude.

Spring is approaching and this day marks the last full moon of winter, the perfect time for you to pause, reflect, reset and prepare to renew. During the day we will provide the space to help you to connect with yourself, restore and manifest your intentions, finding some space between you, your thoughts and the outside world. 

Bring your blakets, enjoy a gentle, healing stretch, breathing techniques which will help to balance and renew the body and mind, and a guided relaxation, meditation and sound journey, all surrounded by like minded people.

The day will include:

YOGA & BREATHWORK. Our yoga is an authentic spiritual practice which focuses on the breath and mindful stretches. We focus on the heart and mind and do not require you to 'bend like a pretzel' :). If you can breathe, you can enjoy our yoga. During this session we will also guide you through various breathing excercises and techniques, to deepen your connection with the mind and body, boost nitric oxide, release tension and help to cleanse the cardiovascular system and nervous system. This session will help you to find a great sense of stillness in the mind and provide you with some tools and techniques to take away and introduce into your daily life

LUNCH BREAK. Please bring your own packed lunch. Herbal teas, filtered water and fresh fruit will also be available. 

GUIDED RELAXATION, MINDFULNESS & SOUND JOURNEY. Enjoy a guided mindful meditation before experiencing the deep relaxation and stress relieving effects of a therapeutic Sound Healing session. Using Shamanic drums, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Chimes and other instruments rich harmonic frequencies, relax and allow the sound waves connect with your bodies frequency, helping to heal, unblock and balance. Studies show sound healing can reduce anxiety and enhance mood states, along with reducing blood pressure and enhancing sleep and memory. 

Arrival and Venue - Please arrive for 10.30am. Finish is around 2.30pm.

Parking is free and easy and the nearest train station is Ormskirk, only a 5 minute walk away.

Price and Reservation - The total cost is £47. Please note, we have kept the price of this wellbeing day low to make it as accessible as possible and this is a small group event.
