Candlelit Sound Bath & Mindfulness Evening

This lovely evening will begin with some gentle breathing and relaxation techniques, followed by a soothing, guided mindful meditation.

Once relaxed, lying wrapped in blankets and surrounded by sweet smells and candlelight, then allow the enchanting sounds of gongs, bowls and drums to drift around you. As a qualified Sound Therapist I use a range of instruments including gongs and crystal and Tibetan bowls. If you've never tried one before, sound baths are an immersive experience which help to clear physical and emotional blockages. The initial relaxation and guided mindfulness will help you to unwind and prepare for your sound journey.
