Natural Amethyst Keychain

Customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, please notify of us of your return request within 14 days of when you received the item:

• Email justbreathe@heal-hoilstic.co.uk quoting your order ID and advising of the reason for return.
• You will then receive the return address and a return reference number, by email. 
• Send the unused, undamaged items back to us within 14 days including the return reference number and ensuring to keep the proof of postage. 
• Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders will be sent 1st class. During busy times, all efforts will be made to ensure your delivery arrives on time. There may be delays with the delivery service for which we do not have control over or take responsibility for. Your right to return is not affected. 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Free local delivery is available for orders over £20 within 3 miles. For orders under £20, we charge £3 for local delivery. Your delivery cost will be refunded/deducted following check out. Deliveries are made bewteen 2-6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day.
